END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for Esoftware Fast PC Cleaner by eSoftware Solution LLC

Introduction This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you (the end-user) and eSoftware Solution LLC (the company) for the use of the Esoftware Fast PC Cleaner software product. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant eSoftware Solution LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Esoftware Fast PC Cleaner software product on a single computer. The license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

Ownership The Esoftware Fast PC Cleaner software product and all related documentation are owned by eSoftware Solution LLC and are protected by copyright laws. The software is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, create derivative works based on the software, or distribute the software in any form. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the software.

Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate the EULA at any time by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the software. eSoftware Solution LLC may terminate this EULA if you breach any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.

Disclaimer of Warranties eSoftware Solution LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the software product and its performance. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall eSoftware Solution LLC be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software was obtained.

For U.S. Government End Users

The Application and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined under 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used under 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. In accordance with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users
(a) only as Commercial Items and
(b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and eSoftware Solution LLC with respect to the use of the software product and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the software product.

Changes to EULA eSoftware Solution LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
